Reasons For – Exhausted your account balance / credit limit

  • If It Has been only 2 days or just 1 week before you bought this New JioFi Device or New Jio Sim then You should Know that Your 2GB Data which comes with every JIO SIM is exhausted.
  • Now You need to get the JIO Preview Offer to your phone.
  • Then You need to upgrade your Sim by calling to Customer care.


How to solve problem “you have exhausted your account balance / credit limit”


 First things first, as this problem is quite irritating so, you would like to fix it as fastly as you can. Right ? so for that try the primary plan.

For Jio sim users: 
  • Switch off your phone.
  • Remove the Jio 4G sim.
  • Wait for 5 minutes.
  • Re-insert the sim and start your phone.
  • This is the basic trick.


For Jiofi users: 
  • Switch off your jiofi or jio net device.
  • Remove the Jio 4G sim.
  • Wait for 5 minutes.
  • Re-insert the sim and start your phone.
  • This may solve the problem.
If this trick doesn’t work follow the below trick, this will definitely solve your problem.

Trick to solve reliance jio balance exhausted

For Jio sim users:
  • Uninstall my jio app from your smartphone.
  • Re-install the app, but do not open it.
  • Now, go to settings > Mobile Network > Enable Data Roaming > Preferred Network mode > LTE mode
  • Create New APN and do the following in the below given picture.
